Quality, Quality, Quality …

by Sebastian Samuels

If you want to get your music licensed then your music cannot have any flaws with it. It has to be top quality top notch! Because these days your music is competing not only with the countless libraries out there, and the hundreds of licensing companies it is also competing with the music of the major labels. Why? Because they have reduced, really reduced their music licensing rates since there’s so much music out there and everyone has jumped on the music licensing bandwagon not everything can get licensed. Because of this your music is competing with those big giants music.

So there’s no room for flaws in your music it has to be at the highest audio quality and with the highest production quality as well. No room for errors. When you contact libraries or producers make sure to send them your highest quality tracks. Don’t waste anyone’s time with mediocre tracks because folks just don’t have time. Once they take the time and check out your music and you’ve sent tracks that are just ok then you’re never going to hear back because they don’t have time to write back and say whatever it is that they have to tell you because there’s a pile of hundreds more packages to go through and they’ll only follow up with the folks tracks that are outstanding.
